The space

This home encapsulates the natural light with its open floor concept. This makes it perfect to move around , unwind and escape the daily hustle. Sip a cup of tea in the minimalist style living room or just enjoy the serene and peaceful outdoor space. What ever you choose to do, relax and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather.

The neighbourhood

We are a short Ride away from Wilton Manor, Downtown Ft. Lauderdale and Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The house is 15 minutes away from I-95, Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Terminals (depending on traffic).
You can enjoy the close proximity to Galleria Mall Parks and restaurant. One thing is for sure, you will not be bored.

House rules

~NO Parties or events are allowed on the premises.
~NO Smoking of ANYTHING inside the house.
~please DO NOT park your beyond the gate.
It’s a privacy gate not a car port.

~ALL appliances are brand new so if something breaks down please be sure to notify me prior checking out
~please make sure all doors and windows are lock upon departure

Before arrival you will receive your key pad code.
~Instructions are in “check in instructions”
~don’t forget to lock behind you since the door doesn’t lock automatically

LIVING ROOM:
~For TV use the remote controls that are on the TV. Ledge.
~you have access to Netflix and YouTube as well as all local and national channels
~sheets and blankets in baskets to place on couch if you wish to chill by laying down.

KITCHEN:
~the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to make you feel at home.
~the pots and pans are in the lazy Susan next to the oven.
~plates and glasses bottom cabinet next to lazy Susan.
~side door will lead you to the car port and to the private back yard.

BATHROOM:
~please do not flush toilet paper in toilet.
~upon checking out towels can be placed on bathroom floor.

TOWELS & LINENS:
There’s a linen closet in the small hallway. You will find:
~towels
~linens
~washcloths
~iron
~qtips
~sunblock
~blow dryer
~ please do not remove make up with the white bath towels.

You have access to the entire house, the huge yard and family friendly area for outdoor breakfast or lounging.
